Most jobs are usually completed within the first hour onsite, such as email, computer troubleshooting and optimising / speeding up your system.
A flat fee of $98 (Residential) or $120 (Businesses) per hour (minimum 1 hour charge), then $24.50/$30.00 per 15 mins there-after. No callout fee to locations within 15km of Sydney CBD, otherwise an additional callout fee of $23 applies. Our "No fix, no pay" guarantee applies to all work performed for our clients.
